• Define Claude’s role and style in CLAUDE.md
• Create ten SKILL.md runbooks for each production stage
• Write concept notes (must‑haves) by hand before dramaturgy
• Generate dramaturgy, visual prompts, motion script, and video via Claude
• Apply lessons.md rules at session start
• Record human approvals at three gates with SHA256 hashes
• Publish episodes to YouTube
• Iterate lessons and update runbooks
• Maintain open‑source repo and documentation
