• 3. Migrate CI/CD configurations from GitHub Actions to GitLab CI by translating workflow files into .gitlab-ci.yml syntax.
• 4. Update webhooks and integrations to point to GitLab endpoints.
• 5. Verify that issue numbers, labels, and comments are intact and that merge requests reflect original PRs.
• 6. Communicate the migration to contributors and update documentation to reflect new GitLab URLs.
