PayPal CSV to invoice PDFs — bulk export without a subscription

Description and use

Users can locally convert PayPal CSVs to PDF invoices, avoiding subscription fees and keeping data on their machine.

PayPal does not provide bulk EU-ready invoice PDFs from activity exports, and paid tools charge a subscription fee for the same workflow.

Users can generate compliant PDF invoices from PayPal CSVs locally, avoiding subscription fees and ensuring data stays on their machine.

Export PayPal activity as CSV from Reports → Activity download.
Run the CLI: python3 paypal_batch.py paypal-sample.csv -o ./invoices/ --seller-name "Your Co".
The script maps PayPal columns (Date, Gross, Fee, Net, Name, Transaction ID, Item Title, Sales Tax, From Email Address).
Each transaction is rendered as an HTML invoice and converted to PDF locally.
Print or distribute the PDFs as needed.
